WHO YOU ARE You have solid experience working with digital product development in an agile environment You understand how to use data and insights to improve products and support business outcomes You’re comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders You enjoy breaking down complex needs into clear requirements, user stories and solutions You’re motivated by teamwork, learning and making a real difference You share and live IKEA values in your everyday work WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Supporting the Product Owner and team to drive product improvements and priorities Analysing product performance and using insights to guide decisions Gathering, challenging and documenting requirements, user stories and test cases Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and create value Helping the team understand customer needs and how success is measured Contributing to roadmap priorities and continuous improvements Sharing knowledge, supporting training and building understanding of the product
