About the Role You will help evolve a brand with high ambitions for a more premium, confident, and scalable visual expression. In this role, you join a brand design environment where strategy, product, and experience need to come together in one clear visual direction. You work closely with design leadership and contribute hands-on from early concept work to polished delivery. Job DescriptionYou will develop visual identity concepts and creative directions that strengthen and refine the brand. You will translate brand strategy into high-quality visual outputs across digital and physical applications. You will create and evolve design systems covering typography, color, layout, and imagery. You will produce visualizations, mockups, and presentation material that communicate ideas clearly and convincingly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create alignment, consistency, and high design quality. You will support the development of visual principles that scale across brand, product, and experience. Requirements10+ years experience in visual identity / brand design A strong portfolio with a premium / luxury aesthetic Experience working with complex design systems A high level of craft across digital and physical applications Strong storytelling and presentation skills Experience with Figma Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Nice to haveExperience from automotive, tech, or luxury brands Experience working across European and Chinese contexts Experience with After Effects An interest in design, innovation, and the future of mobility What We OfferPermanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
