Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead within Infor M3 Finance who will take overall responsibility for the technical landscape within the finance domain of a large-scale M3 environment. What You Will Work On Take overall technical responsibility for Infor M3 within the finance domain Ensure technical quality, stability, and performance across the M3 solution Lead and participate in technical analyses related to changes, upgrades, and incident management Support product teams in technical decisions and architecture-related discussions Collaborate with technical teams regarding configurations, integrations, and dependencies Ensure solutions comply with established standards, security requirements, and technical principles Work closely with business stakeholders, external vendors, and internal IT organizations Contribute to testing, release management, and change processes from a technical perspective Support secure and efficient handling of roles and authorizations Drive continuous improvement and optimization within the M3 platform environment What You Bring Minimum 5 years of documented experience working with Infor M3 Deep technical expertise within Infor M3, especially Finance modules Experience with technical management and continuous development of M3 environments Strong understanding of M3 architecture, batch jobs, integrations, and technical workflows Ability to take overall technical ownership and responsibility Experience collaborating across teams and business domains Strong communication skills toward both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work onsite in Central Sweden according to agreement Structured and solution-oriented mindset Confidence in making technical decisions and driving technical improvements
