Assignment Description We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager What You Will Work On Lead and coordinate technical delivery within complex gas turbine projects Drive technical project management activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams Ensure implementation of technical and contractual requirements Coordinate engineering work across electrical, control, mechanical, and process disciplines Manage technical issues, risks, and engineering change activities Monitor project progress and secure delivery according to scope, schedule, and quality targets Support decision-making through technical analysis and structured project governance Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution Represent the organization in technical discussions and project forums Drive continuous alignment between business goals and technical execution Ensure efficient communication and coordination across project functions What You Bring University degree in Engineering from a technical university or equivalent institution Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience within technical projects Experience in technical project management or leading technical roles Strong ability to independently manage multiple parallel activities and priorities Ability to combine technical expertise with business and delivery focus Experience driving technical topics and coordinating cross-functional execution Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple organizational levels Structured and proactive working style with strong ownership mindset Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing project conditions and requirements Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken Experience from the energy sector is considered highly beneficial
