Assignment Description We are currently looking for an Assignment Manager / Project Manager What You Will Work On Lead cross-functional assignments related to bus chassis development and field quality Coordinate activities across engineering, production, procurement, suppliers, and business stakeholders Drive project execution and ensure delivery according to agreed objectives and timelines Facilitate root cause analysis and support structured problem-solving activities Ensure implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions Support field quality initiatives and customer-related market actions when required Develop and lead project teams toward successful delivery outcomes Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively Coordinate introduction and implementation of developed solutions Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, tools, and operational efficiency Support initiatives aimed at reducing lead times and improving ways of working What You Bring MSc or BSc degree with 4–6 years of experience within product development and project delivery Experience working as a Project Manager, Assignment Manager, or similar leadership role Experience coordinating and driving cross-functional teams and initiatives Understanding of product development processes and structured project execution Experience facilitating root cause analysis and driving implementation of solutions Strong planning, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities Ability to manage stakeholders across engineering, operations, suppliers, and business functions Structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented approach to work Strong collaboration and communication skills with the confidence to challenge and drive progress when needed Ability to work independently and maintain momentum in dynamic environments Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) Swedish language skills and project management education/certification are considered advantageous
