Assignment Description We are currently looking for an experienced Verification & Validation Test Manager What You Will Work On Define and drive verification and validation strategies across projects and product changes Develop comprehensive test plans covering all verification phases Coordinate testing activities from early validation through user acceptance testing Plan and manage testing resources including rigs, environments, and vehicles Follow up on test execution and support issue prioritization and resolution Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes Coordinate responsibilities across multiple test domains and teams Analyze test results and drive corrective actions Improve verification methodologies and testing processes Support virtual and software-driven verification approaches including softcar initiatives Strengthen end-to-end quality and release readiness Contribute to continuous process and delivery improvements What You Bring Minimum 10 years of relevant experience University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background Strong experience leading verification and validation initiatives Experience working with End-to-End testing or equivalent quality practices Strong understanding of how product quality impacts overall service delivery Domain knowledge within OEM connected services, telematics, transport solutions, and customer processes Experience planning and coordinating testing across multiple stakeholders Ability to balance strategic planning with practical testing execution Experience driving issue management and prioritization based on test outcomes Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities Professional proficiency in English Professional proficiency in Swedish, written and spoken
